A development blueprint which would control the planned pounds 14bn Military Training Academy at RAF St Athan was agreed by councillors last night.
The St Athan Development Brief was agreed following a six-week public consultation which revealed widespread public support for the Metrix consortium's bid to build the academy. If the bid were successful, a detailed planning application would have to be submitted to the Vale of Glamorgan Council.See the full content of this document
