Summary
The leisure centre car park is cold and dark, with nobody around except a group of teenagers in a far corner. But if that sounds ominous, the reality is far from it. Instead of causing trouble, they are all waiting to get on board the Re-Start Bus, part of a Safer Cardiff project to give young people somewhere to go at night.
