The parents of a severely disabled boy who died after his head became trapped in a bed face another agonising wait for justice. The Health and Safety Executive is prosecuting Rhondda Cynon Taf council over the death of 23-year-old Adam Morris at a council-run respite home in Miskin, more than four years ago.

Council representatives were expected to enter pleas to three offences under the Health and Safety at Work Act at Rhondda Magistrates' Court, but a lawyer for the local authority was granted an adjournment.
