Airport Is Open for Flights Again

Summary


Normal service resumed at Bristol International Airport today following the emergency repairs to the runway.

It re-opened yesterday morning, after being closed for resurfacing. Many flights were diverted to Cardiff Airport after 10 airlines boycotted Bristol amid claims that aircraft had skidded on landing. No-frills airline easyJet, the biggest carrier flying from Bristol, resumed a normal operation today.
