An Assembly Member is backing calls from a teaching union for cash to fund on-the-job training for heads. Welsh Liberal Democrat education spokesperson, Peter Black, has supported calls from the National Association of Head Teachers Cymru (NAHT Cymru) for training funds for newly appointed heads and senior teachers.
