WORLD champion Amir Khan believes he will be a better, strong fighter following his debut appearance in the United States this weekend.

British star Khan, 23, overcame visa problems and an enforced training camp in Vancouver, Canada, as well as a bombardment of trash-talking from challenger Paulie Malignaggi to beat the American challenger at New York's Madison Square Garden Theatre.
