THE first lady of Welsh athletics, Kirsty Wade, will be on the start line at the Bupa Great Wales Run in Cardiff Bay on Sunday, July 27.

The 46-year-old double Olympian and winner of three Commonwealth Games gold medals is flying down from her home on the island of Uig in the Outer Hebrides for the 10k road race.
