Summary
While reading through the film reviews on December 8, I must admit to being very surprised at the perhaps tongue in cheek comments describing the Nativity Story. Had these been directed at some other iconic character of another religious faith, particularly of the Muslim persuasion at this time, I'm sure this would have attracted considerable controversy and public reaction.
I hope and expect no offence was intended but these rather throwaway comments are in poor taste and disrespectful of a story and personage at the very centre of the Christian faith.See the full content of this document
