Summary
Massive savings in the cost of running public services in Wales are on the way, it has been predicted. A full-scale shake-up in the system of ordering supplies and equipment for the 104 public bodies is already under way. The first scheme for centralising all orders for stationery and office supplies has already been held and it is expected savings of millions of pounds have been made.
