Summary


Passengers travelling between Cardiff Bay and the city centre may be using a monorail in years to come. The council's executive will be asked tomorrow to bring in specialists to look at the feasibility and costs of removing the existing branch line and replacing it with a new elevated transport system.

This could be a monorail or a Personal Rapid Transit-style (PRT) scheme, such as the ULTra.
