A FOURTH housing association has joined a successful scheme aimed at ensuring that empty houses in the Vale of Glamorgan are occupied.
Since its launch in June 2003, when the Vale became the first local authority in Wales to introduce choice-based lettings by advertising all its empty homes in local newspapers, the Homes4U project has evolved into a multi-landlord partnership, with new "recruits", United Welsh, joining existing partners Newydd, Hafod and Wales and West housing associations.See the full content of this document
