IRISH eyes will be smiling in South Wales tonight as pubs celebrate the 250th anniversary of Arthur Guinness, father of the black stuff, setting up his brewery, O'Neill's pubs in particular are planning to celebrate in style with a truly craicing birthday party. O'Neill's already sells nine pints of Guinness or Guinness Red each minute and expects to sell more pints than ever tonight.
