Welsh Tory leader Nick Bourne will top the party's list for the Mid and West Wales region at next year's assembly elections. Mr Bourne beat Glyn Davies AM, Lisa Francis AM and OJ Williams respectively in a poll of local party members. Welsh Conservatives won three seats on the Mid and West Wales regional list at 2003 assembly elections and two in 1999.
