HOME-TESTING kits will be sent out to people aged 60 to 69 in South Wales this week as the nation's bowel cancer screening programme goes live.
The Welsh Assembly Government has invested pounds 3.8m a year into the screening programme, plus an additional pounds 1.5m of capital funding this year. The cost of the programme is expected to rise to pounds 8.7m in 2014-15 when all those eligible will be included in the screening programme.See the full content of this document
