THE following cases were heard at Cardiff Magistrates' Court: Michael Davies, 67, of Copperfield Court, Barry, served a day's detention in lieu of a pounds 65 fine and pounds 15 victim surcharge after admitting driving a car without a licence or insurance. He was banned from driving for two months.
David Marshall James Murphy, 53, of Stacey Road, Roath, Cardiff, was fined pounds 85 with pounds 40 court costs and a pounds 15 victim surcharge after he admitted driving without a licence, insurance or an MOT. He had six penalty points added to his licence.
