THE following cases were heard at Cardiff Magistrates' Court: Darryl Birtles, 21, of Denison Way, Michaelston, Cardiff, was banned from driving for three years and fined pounds 115 with pounds 85 court costs and a pounds 15 victim surcharge, after he admitted drink-driving. He had 64 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, when the legal limit is 35.
David William Evans, 31, of Main Road, Gwaelod Y Garth, Cardiff, was fined pounds 45 with pounds 85 court costs and a pounds 15 victim surcharge, after he admitted failing to stop his lorry at a traffic sign.
