THE following cases were heard at Cardiff Magistrates' Court: Emily Hinton, 19, of North Road, Gabalfa, Cardiff, pleaded guilty to theft and was given a community order. She will have to carry out 40 hours of unpaid work in the next 12 months. She will also have to pay pounds 85 compensation. Jonathan Lloyd-Thomas, 52, of Craig Yr Haul Drive, Castleton, pleaded guilty to not stopping his vehicle at a stop sign and was fined pounds 80, given three points and will have to pay court costs of pounds 15.
Richard Rees, 22, of Yew Tree Close, Fairwater, Cardiff, pleaded guilty to using threatening words or behaviour likely to cause alarm or distress. He was given a two-year condition discharge and fined pounds 85.See the full content of this document
