A mother suffered a nasty surprise when she was cleaning her teeth. Samantha Reynolds, 24, of North Clive Street, Grangetown, Cardiff, was brushing her teeth when she was horrified to discover a piece of glass had dropped into her mouth from a tube of Crest Mild Fresh Complete toothpaste.
