I REFER to the article "Development on cards for town eyesore" (Echo, October 21), which refers to the appalling Co-Co's building in the centre of Caerphilly, a town I represent as a councillor.

This is precisely what I and my constituents have been advocating for at least five years. However, I must caution against any premature street partying.
