Bullying Charity Is Shut Down

A CHARITY that provided support to victims of bullying has been shut down. A lack of funding was blamed for the closure of The National Bullying Helpline following the resignation of its chief executive.

The helpline, founded in 2007, provided support to victims of bullying across the UK. It was temporarily suspended last year after chief executive and founder Christine Pratt claimed it had received calls from Downing Street staff seeking help over alleged bullying at work.
