Summary
I wish to complain to the parents of children from Grangetown, Cardiff, who attend St Cyres School, Penarth. A couple of weeks ago, I caught a bus to Cardiff from Penarth. One parent with a child refused to mount the bus when he saw schoolchildren on board. No seats were available and mayhem reigned throughout the journey with jostling, loud guffaws from the boys and shrieks of laughter from the girls.
The bell was constantly pressed during the journey. Two of the smaller pupils looked wide-eyed and scared. As the young people left the bus in Grangetown, verbal abuse was hurled at the driver.See the full content of this document
