The woman in charge of school meals in Cardiff has been nominated for a national catering award. Sue Eakers, catering services manager, was among the finalists being honoured at the Cost Sector catering awards today. Allen Shaw, a senior catering manager at Cardiff council, nominated Sue for her ideas to improve catering at schools.
