INSTEAD of chopping ingredients, chef Dimitri Baylis has chopped his hair to raise money for the Haiti appeal.

The 29-year-old sous chef at the Coed-y-Mwstwr Hotel in Coychurch, Bridgend, is known for his long locks but made the decision to part with them to help others suffering the devastating consequences of the earthquake.
