Summary
A south Wales man accused of murder in America is due to go on trial in Pennsylvania. Christopher St John, 48, from Gabalfa, Cardiff, who lost a four-year battle against his extradition, is accused of killing his wife's uncle John Charles Bowman in May 2000 at the family restaurant.
St John allegedly punched Mr Bowman, 64, in the neck and choked him during a fight and he died the next day. He returned to Wales and spent four years fighting an extradition notice but was flown to the US last month.See the full content of this document
