Finding out their youngest daughter had cancer was the bleakest moment imaginable for Stephen and Yvonne Hyde. While enjoying a family holiday in France last August with their three children, the couple noticed their youngest child, one-and-a-half-year-old Poppy, had a lump on her stomach.
