Wales won their first game at the inaugural Six Nations Festival when they got the better of France at New Anniesland, Glasgow, yesterday.

The two sides had drawn a friendly 29-29 in Lille on February 3 but this time Wales had more control up front and greater cutting edge behind to run out deserved winners.
