Summary
Residents in Cardiff have registered the third highest number of appeals in Wales against their council tax bands, it has been revealed.
A total of 665 city taxpayers have appealed out of a total of 7,943 received by the Valuation Office Agency, with 10 so far resolved. Only residents from Powys and Carmarthenshire have made more appeals.See the full content of this document
