A CONTROVERSIAL Valleys councillor has revealed he was once banned from every football ground after being arrested at a Cardiff City match.
UKIP councillor Adam Brown, who represents the Gurnos ward in Merthyr Tydfil, came under fire a fortnight ago after creating a web forum poll asking if people wanted to bed a murder suspect dubbed "Foxy Knoxy" by the tabloid press.See the full content of this document
