Keeping councillors in Cardiff fed and watered at meetings has cost taxpayers almost pounds 19,000 in the last three years. Buffets for the city's civic leaders have cost pounds 13,234, while supplying tea, coffee and orange juices has added another pounds 3,040 to bills since June 2004.
Bottles of water for councillors have cost pounds 2,573 with spending averaging more than pounds 1,000 in two of the years.See the full content of this document
