A WOMAN who rented a house where police found a cannabis factory has had charges against her dropped by the Crown Prosecution Service.
Charis Harrington, 19, of Ty To Maen Close, Old St Mellons, Cardiff, signed a tenancy agreement on the property at Llantwit Road, Treforest, in September last year. In December it was found illegal drugs were being grown there, said CPS lawyer Tony Trigg.See the full content of this document
