A christmas crackdown on criminals has been launched at one of the biggest shopping complexes in South Wales. Police have unwrapped Operation Present at the Culverhouse Cross retail park, in Cardiff, which is popular with hundreds of thousands of people from the city and the Vale of Glamorgan.
