A south Wales discount store chain has been fined pounds 6,000 after a forklift truck ran over a worker's foot.
Merthyr Tydfil Magistrates' Court heard that the truck, driven by an untrained member of staff, broke bones in an employee's foot when he ran over it at the Merthyr-based Hypervalue Holdings Limited, in November 2002.See the full content of this document
