QWhy did you first decide to open Madame Fromage? AI decided in 2004 that I wanted to do something involving food as my family is quite passionate about good food and at this point I'd had enough of my job as a pharmaceutical sales rep, so Madame Fromage was created.

QHas the business always been in the Castle Arcade? ANo, we opened the first shop in Duke Street back in 2005, but that was a tiny space only big enough for a small cheese selection. After five months, we realised that with the demands we were getting and business doing so well, we were going to need a much larger space so moved locations.
