Weatherman Derek Brockway has given his forecast for the launch of balloons by singer Katherine Jenkins for a homelessness charity. Katherine will be releasing 624 balloons, one for each of the people charity Llamau has helped this year, at the Hilton Hotel in Cardiff at 4pm today.
