THEFT, drunkenness at work, bullying and harassment are among the reasons why more than 82 South Wales council employees have been fired in the past two years.

Staff were most likely to be sacked for poor attendance, with 12 dismissed from the Vale of Glamorgan council during the two-year period, according to figures released under the Freedom of Information Act.
