ANYONE standing in front of the Wales Millennium Centre, the iconic building at the heart of Cardiff Bay, can only be impressed by its magnificence.

The pounds 106m centre, along with the neighbouring Senedd's glass, slate and wood debating chamber, the cafes, restaurants and other visitor attractions created as a consequence of the Cardiff Bay barrage, have become the modern image of Wales' capital.
