Summary
I would like to respond to the article about dog waste in Cardiff's Splott Park. I believe dog owners are getting a bad name. I agree with the point that there is a lot of dog waste in the park, but this is not the only problem.
The article mentioned the bags of waste in the children's play area. This is due to the fact that there are only three bins provided. None are specifically for dog waste, unlike those in a lot of parks.See the full content of this document
