Summary
I would like to point out that many of your readers are missing out on free services from their gas and electricity supplier. All gas and electricity suppliers are obliged to offer a range of free services to domestic consumers who are either over 60, live with a disability or long term ill-health, or are visually or hearing impaired.
Ofgem research shows that 74 per cent of those eligible are completely unaware that these services even exist.See the full content of this document
