If you've got a head for heights and nerves of steel, here's your chance to do your bit for charity. Wales' largest abseil will take place in Cardiff over the weekend on March 19 and 20 - and there's still time for you to play your part. The 210ft abseil down the side of Brunel House is aiming to raise much-needed funds for the National Kidney Research Fund in Wales.
Fundraising manager Tom Irving said: 'Every year, we have a lot of people from throughout South Wales taking part, from individuals to work colleagues and friends as well as school groups. We always get fully booked-up and I hope this year will be no exception.'See the full content of this document
