A 'callous' hoaxer who rang a primary school and pretended to be the gunman who massacred 16 infants and their teacher in the school's gym has been spared a jail term. Robert Pritchard, 37, from Sully, made the call in retribution for the torment he suffered at the hands of bullies who likened him to Dunblane killer Thomas Hamilton.
