The number of business startups in Wales is on the rise, according to new figures from Barclays.
The bank's UK-wide figures shows that 288,000 new firms started up in the first six months of 2004, almost a quarter more than the same period last year (233,000). This is the highest level recorded since Barclays started tracking the market in 1988.See the full content of this document
