A former Specsavers boss convicted of a pounds 56,000 NHS claims scam has been jailed for two years. Roger King, 61, of Angleton Terrace, Penycae, Bridgend, was found guilty by a jury of conspiracy to defraud Bro Taf Health Authority over five years while he was a director at Merthyr Tydfil's High Street store.
Three of his former members of staff, who had admitted the joint charge, were also sentenced yesterday at Merthyr Crown Court.See the full content of this document
