Cake maker Finsbury Foods is looking to set up a second South Wales factory creating around 300 jobs. The firm, which owns Memory Lane Cakes in Heath, Cardiff, says the plant in Bridgend could be up and running as early as next year - if it can find a suitable site.
Managing director Dave Brooks said that although the firm has four acres of available land in Cardiff - where it employs more than 1,000 people, it could not find the additional workers.See the full content of this document
