MILLIONS of pounds of taxpayers' money is tied up with collapsed Icelandic banks and no one knows if the councils that invested it will get it back, it was revealed today.
Rhondda Cynon Taf has invested pounds 3m with the institutions which have gone into receivership and Caerphilly said today it was looking into whether it is affected.See the full content of this document
