Sourav Ganguly has had his one-day international ban reduced from six to four matches following an appeal. Independent arbitrator Justice Albie Sachs upheld the International Cricket Council's decision to ban Ganguly, who has spent the last few weeks with Glamorgan, for slow over rates but deemed the penalty was too severe.
