Summary
Regarding the recent letters about the poncho, ah yes I remember them well. Below is a photograph of my two daughters wearing ponchos which was taken more than 30 years ago. And yes, they may be smiling but they positively loathed them, even though they were beautifully and painstakingly made by a dear friend and were the height of fashion at the time.
