A COMPANY has been found guilty of failing to ensure the safety of a boy who suffered a "catastrophic brain injury" after he almost drowned.

Chad Mole, seven, was on holiday with his family at the Trecco Bay caravan park, Porthcawl when the incident happened in the Splashland pool on October 18, 2005.
