I agree with John Stanley Coduri about the high cost of vets' fees, especially for people not working and the elderly. I've got a dog, a small Yorkshire terrier. He needed treatment and it cost us pounds 200. I didn't have that sort of money. I had to have a loan to pay for the vet fees.
My mum is 63 years old and she has a little dog. My mum isn't well and she is a pensioner. Every month her dog has to go to the vet's for treatment.
