Summary
CAN somebody please explain to me the mentality whereby a group of people enjoying Roath recreation ground can leave the litter from their lunch strewn all over the area they were occupying without any conscience whatsoever, or any thought for anybody who may wish to occupy the same space later on? Perhaps they think some serf will follow in their wake and clean up after their magisterial selves.
