THE man behind the scheme that will create Wales' tallest building in Cardiff Bay has hinted he is hunting a top international name to run the 26th-floor restaurant and bar of the hotel.
Chris Odling-Smee, the 39-year-old businessman developing the Bayscape scheme, told the Echo he expected the 32-storey five-star hotel being run by international five-star chain Wyndham Hotels to open in spring 2013.See the full content of this document
